Born in Budapest to Chinese parents, educated across continents, fluent in four languages — I grew up translating between worlds. That became my career: helping people say the true thing, and helping rooms actually hear it.
I've spent that career inside rooms most people only read about — presenting at the United Nations, speaking on TEDx stages, serving as Chief of Staff to entrepreneur Julia Haart — always as the trusted person behind the scenes: the one people actually talk to when the performance stops. That vantage taught me more about success than success itself could. I've watched, up close, what the armor does to the people wearing it.
And I've worn it too — I know what it is to sit at a table of impressive people and feel your real self shrink.
