Digital Products:

• Due to the nature of digital products (including downloadable or streaming content), we do not offer refunds once the product is purchased and access has been granted.
• Before completing your purchase, please review the product description carefully. Access to digital content is considered as the consumer giving express consent to begin the performance, and it is acknowledged that this consent entails waiving the right to withdraw from the purchase.

Consulting and Training Services:

• For consulting and training services, clients may cancel their participation and request a refund up to 14 days before the scheduled service date.
• If cancellation occurs less than 14 days before the scheduled service, we cannot offer a full refund. However, we may offer a partial refund or credit for future services at our discretion.
